PRINTS
If a print arrives damaged or in less-than perfect condition, Alexandra Lareau Art will exchange your print for a new print or issue you a refund. This will be available for up to 15 days after the purchase date.
ORIGINAL ART
Original art will be insured by the shipper as part of the shipping policy, and cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged or cancelled after being sent. If you received a faulty painting, an item is missing, you got the wrong order or there were other issues with your purchase, please email me at alex@alexandralareu.com and I’ll try my hardest to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
